Body Composition Analysis - Special Testing Day - February 11, 2017
Mark your calendar for Saturday February 11, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., when we offer our body composition analysis at the special rate of $50. Click here to register with PayPal, then e-mail suzanne@in-training.com  to reserve your time slot. Receive a printed color graph of your results including 12 different tests. Appointments scheduled every 20 minutes beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Garmin GPS Run/Cycle Watch Seminar
 - March 2017, 5:30-7:30pm at ETS.
If you own a Garmin 920XT (or even an earlier model) join this hands-on group training session to learn how to set up appropriate data fields, learn the importance of recovery time, training effect, cadence, vertical oscillation, stride length, for new motivation of your sport. Connect to Garmin Connect, set up "connections" for running coach or cycling coach review of your workout stats and more. Space limited to 8 participants. Date coming soon.

Raceday Roadside Bike Preparedness Clinic - February 2017
Join this hands-on clinic to learn emergency roadside repairs for your bike. Review use of basic tools that every rider should have on the bike.
Includes: Pre-ride bike preparation, flat tire repair, how to remove wheel and tire to access tube, tube change, tire inflation and reinstallation with CO2 cartridge, tool sweep and more. 
All participants receive a cool tool kit of the tools they use in class in a handy pouch to store on your bike. Space limited to 8 participants. $30. Date coming soon.

Fitness Evaluation Special - February 19, 2017
Spark your exercise motivation with an update of your current fitness level. This special fitness evaluation, in a group setting, will include three strength and endurance tests, three flexibility, joint mobility and postural assessments, and a cardio test. Scores charted for age/gender on percentile rankings on a take-home (frameable) data sheet. This is your baseline data to build from in 2017.

Mt Diablo Cycling Challenge
Have you ridden your bike up Mt Diablo? It's an exhilarating fitness challenge with spectacular views as your reward. If you haven't done it, this year is the year. Join our training groups in San Ramon as we train for the Mt Diablo challenge Fall 2017
. We have 8 person groups training on the ETS Multi-Rider system in San Ramon. Watt based endurance workouts are also available on Sundays. Join us at any time for a single workout or enroll in a training program. Details on the Group Training page.

Harvest Moon-Rise Hike

Join us in late September in Danville to hike to our special viewing spot. We're hiking healthy pizzas up to the top. We'll sit and watch the bright orange moon rise while enjoying dinner. This is an event not to be missed. E-mail for more info.

Devil Mt 5K
Fun Run Event
May 3, 2009

Join the In-Training and Elite Training Systems group of walkers, hikers, runners and fitness enthusiasts, and their friends and family, for an enjoyable and somewhat competitive event.  Teams from walking, hiking, running, group strength and cycling will compete for fun prizes.  This downtown Danville fitness event is a totally flat 3.1 mile course down Danville Blvd and back on the Iron Horse Trail.  Meet at 7:00am to get your team shirt.  Join the group warm-up departing at 7:15.  Nutritious tail-gate party following the finish.  Special awards for PR's achieved and beating last year's time.  Don't miss out on this fun and rewarding fitness experience.  Join Suzanne's coached workouts and be in top shape for this special event.
