In-Training Boot Camp
This workout is completely outdoors in a park setting. We use benches, trees, poles, curbs, walls, trails, kids play areas, fences for our apparatus. It's always creative. You may be surprised at how much we can do without a gym. It's fun yet challenging. You may even forget that you are working out. It's that much fun!
The Cordes/Keola duo is dynamic and inspiring. Together the coaches provide instruction and motivation needed for you to chant and "do your best" "every rep". It will be a challenge and an experience.
The program begins with a series of fun fitness tests and timed circuits. Exercises will be selected based on the abilities of the group. Throughout the program we will chart improvements. Find out your age group norms and your score for a mile run, a 40 yd sprint, how high you can jump, how many chin-ups and push-ups you can do, a timed wall sit and sit-ups, touching your toes. All the exercises are fun and exhilarating and performed in military style (chanting and all). Roll call taken at each workout. "I can't HEAR you!" Get in your best shape. The numbers will prove it!
