Body Composition Analysis - Special Testing Day
We offer our body composition analysis at the special rate of $65. every Winter. e-mail suzanne@in-training.com to reserve your time slot. Receive a printed color graph of your results including 12 different tests. Appointments scheduled every 20 minutes beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Fitness Evaluation Special
Spark your exercise motivation with an update of your current fitness level. This special fitness evaluation, in a group setting, will include strength and endurance tests, flexibility, joint mobility and postural assessments, and a simple cardio test. Scores charted for age/gender on percentile rankings on a take-home (frameable) data sheet. This is your baseline data to build from.

Garmin GPS Run/Cycle Watch Seminar
If you own a Garmin watch join this hands-on group training session to learn how to set up appropriate data fields, learn the importance of recovery time, training effect, cadence, vertical oscillation, stride length, for new motivation of your sport. Connect to Garmin Connect, set up "connections" for running coach or cycling coach review of your workout stats and more. Space limited to 8 participants.
Mt Diablo Cycling Challenge
Have you ridden your bike up Mt Diablo? It's an exhilarating fitness challenge with spectacular views as your reward. If you haven't done it, this year is the year. Join our training groups in San Ramon as we train for the Mt Diablo Challenge. We have 8 person groups training on the ETS Multi-Rider system. Watt based endurance workouts are also available on Sundays. Join us at any time for a single workout or enroll in a training program. Details on the Group Training page.
Harvest Moon-Rise Hike
Join us in late September in Danville to hike to our special viewing spot. We're hiking healthy pizzas up to the top. We'll sit and watch the bright orange moon rise while enjoying dinner. This is an event not to be missed. E-mail for more info.
